iEvaluate LLC, founded in 2010, provides evaluation services for school (K-16), health, worksite, and community-based programs. Our services include, but are not limited to, needs assessment, grant-writing, program theory development, survey development, focus groups, interviews, data analysis, report writing, in addition to full-scale evaluation services. Our comprehensive evaluation designs include both quantitative and qualitative methods, and they are tailored to specific project needs. They are accompanied with a logic model that outlines the program theory. We engage clients and stakeholders in a participatory approach to evaluation, striving to build evaluation capacity within the organization. We seek to improve program performance, and continuously identify relevant evaluation questions. Our projects range in time from a half day to several years. Our work is guided by the American Evaluation Association’s Guiding Principles for Evaluators as well as The Program Evaluation Standards.
iEvaluate, based in Greensboro, NC, is a for-profit S Corporation, managed by Dr. Holli Bayonas, the President and Senior Evaluation Consultant. Dr. Bayonas has managed several evaluations of long term, multi-million-dollar programs, such as the US Department of Education’s Teacher Incentive Fund, Transition to Teaching, Teacher Quality Partnerships, Title III, Title V, Mathematics and Science Partnerships, Magnet Schools Assistance Program as well as National Science Foundation grants. Dr. Bayonas has been working in the field of education research since 2002 and stays connected by working as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Connecticut’s Online Graduate Certificate Program in Program Evaluation.
